Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) to lead application development and management initiatives with a strong focus on digital transformation and process optimization. This high-impact role blends business analysis, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement while driving the migration of forms and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the business lead for the migration of forms and related processes from iCON to ServiceNow, ensuring a seamless transition and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead the full project lifecycle — from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Develop project timelines, manage deliverables, and assign tasks to other Business Analysts and ServiceNow Developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and fellow analysts to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Track project status and key metrics in Azure DevOps and deliver regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization across applications and business systems.
- Lead system testing, UAT, and validation activities to ensure quality deployments.
- Analyze business information systems and help identify appropriate solutions for emerging needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project schedules, requirements, and budget tracking.
- Support end-user training and assist in change management related to application updates and rollouts.
- May perform data entry, reporting, or other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.
- Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 5 years' of professional level experience or equivalent training and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentorship role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of application development life cycles, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with testing frameworks and delivering end-user training is preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or similar are a plus.
- The primary work location will be at the Losee Road facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Work schedule for this position will be 4/10’s, Monday – Thursday (subject to change).
- Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Annual salary range for this position is:
$78,832.00 - $118,248.00.
Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
