The Sr. Analyst Contract Administration classification acts as the Company's primary representative to the customer on contractual matters to ensure contractual requirements of the Company are met, conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiations, contract administration and customer contact activities to provide proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements and customer requirements. This position will prepare negotiation position and strategies; analyze terms and conditions of contracts; review proposals for compliance with regulations and policies; negotiate costs, price, and terms of contracts and modifications; initiate internal documentation and communicate contract requirements internally; control contract costs and profits; coordinate closeout of completed contracts; monitor Company performance on contractual obligations; ensure compliance with schedules for all deliverables; and prepare special reports and analyses as required.
This position will process specifications, progress and other report, advise management of contractual rights and obligations, compile and analyze data, maintain historical information, perform risk assessments on proposals, contract terms and conditions, and develop strategies to maximize the achievement of financial and performance goals.

Essential Duties:
- Provides solutions to problems involving unusual complexity

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and six (6) years of experience in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense Federal Regulations (DFAR), related federal and state legislation and regulations, and the Uniform Commercial Code desired.
- Knowledge of supply chain functions is preferred.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desired.
Pay: $77000 - $116000
The base salary range for this position in Tennessee (US-TN) at the start of employment is expected to be between $77000 and $116000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement. The company further reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment, compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and other market factors.
