Job Description
The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is looking for an energetic, positive, and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Kesselring Site team!
Our Administrative Assistant position will require performing clerical and administrative duties to support the managers, engineers, scientists, and technicians in support of their equipment development efforts. Primary duties include: supporting the development and issuance of technical letters and documents to ensure their quality, coordination of travel, managing senior manager calendars, tracking the organization's commitments, and scheduling meetings. The role will require the frequent use of various office computer software programs, custom designed software, and maintaining current application of new technology. Other opportunities may include the coordination of the management of office space and procuring necessary office supplies, analyzing data and informing management of results and/or trends, and preparing, maintaining and tracking a variety of sensitive data. This position will also involve leading/participation in administrative projects and initiatives to improve processes within the Repair Division and the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. Required Combination Of Knowledge And Skill
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated strong familiarity with Microsoft Office computer software programs
Strong administrative experience with a focus on attention to detail
Experience with Concur travel system
Familiarity with use of SharePoint

Pay Range
$50,800.00 - $76,200.00 annually
