What You'll Do
Responsible for the leadership, oversight, and management, in the functional area of company level policies, procedures, records management, document control, information management and standing orders at Y-12. Oversees, reviews and approves of impact evaluations for new contract requirements for division. Provides for maintenance and oversight of federal record holdings and on-site physical and electronic record handling, and management of plant forms and intra-plant and external mail services. Oversees and directs the development, analysis/assessment and revision of administrative procedures and processes, affecting company level operations including standard practices and operating procedures. Also responsible for the creation, development of the feedback and communication of process systems performance. Establishes strategic direction for the organization’s functional requirements and processes, inclusive of staffing and development. Builds trust with internal CNS peers and customers through constructive relationships of competence, integrity and transparency. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a broad-cross section of management and administrative personnel internal and external to CNS and experience in directing, negotiating, influencing and coordinating all levels of personnel.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience with 5 years of relevant supervisory/ management experience
- OR 20 or more years of education and/or relevant experience with 5 years of relevant supervisory/ management experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting
Preferred Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Y-12 Facilities
- Knowledge and application of quality requirements as they relate to contractual compliance and procedure control and conduct of operations
- Knowledge of industry practices and regulations, experience with audit, third party audits and performing assessments desirable
- Able to become knowledgeable in Records Management requirements and systems
- Able to become knowledgeable of the data structure for the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirement
- System (DOORs), Requirements Management System (RMS), Requirements Compliance Assurance Matrix (RCAM) as well as processing of related flow-down data computer skills
