Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Source Recovery Business Coordinator to work in our Radioactive Material Disposition & Security department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our REC facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho with every other Friday off. You will report to the Source Recovery Program Manager. You will provide administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. You will gather, collect, record, track and verify data from multiple sources and compile and analyze data. Responsibilities Include: - Support management and organization in the completion of administrative tasks. Assignments may include tracking, filing records, creating, and editing documents, coordinating task completion, data entry into computer systems, confirming data. - Use software for functional area, to compile and create reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations. - May design processes to enhance workflow. - Maintain filing systems of relevant hard copy records, protecting personal and private information. Types of records may include training, security, contracts, employment, personal health, safety, radiological, government, human resources. - Work with organization's internal and external customers providing quality customer service to meet organizational business needs and objectives. - Relay information to important internal and external stakeholders to help complete organizational and management deliverables. - Ensure that needed materials (documents, reports, flyers, white papers, agendas) for management and organization are created and distributed to related stakeholders. - Coordinate with program leadership to establish recovery schedule - Coordinate and establish resource teams for recovery efforts - Coordinate with ORS HQ to establish Trustworthy and Responsible (T&R) letters for the resource team - Coordinate travel and expense reports for the response team.
