IvoryCloud is operating as a SBA approved 8(a) Joint Venture (JV) with Command Cyber Solutions (CCS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC). CCS-IC JV is available for Top Secret+ cleared information technology services.
Through this JV, our Civilian and DoD Customers can take advantage of these additional benefits:
- Can receive Direct Awards in excess of the individually-owned 8(a) thresholds of $4.5M (13CFR124.506(b))
- Can negotiate directly with the Government through Alpha Contracting (13CFR124.503(c)(2))
- Can receive DOD Direct Awards up to $100M without a J&A (2020 NDAA 823)
- Generally, Direct Awards cannot be protested except for size by interested parties (13CFR124.517(a))
